Knidos is a verifiable AI trading agent, with node101 serving as its development partner on the zero-knowledge side. Trading agents are a fast-growing market, with a new service claiming better yield almost every day, yet users are usually asked to simply trust those claims. Knidos takes the opposite stance: using zero-knowledge proving technology, it achieves a first in the world, a trading agent whose entire history can be verified by anyone, without trusting the team behind it.

The naive way to prove a trading agent is honest is to publish all of its onchain trades. The problem is that this turns verifiability into an attack vector. An AI agent is far more predictable than a human, so once its wallets are public, large players can read its strategy and trade against it, putting user funds at risk. Wallet rotation, trusted execution environments, and centralized exchanges all run into the same wall: proving the agent's execution ends up revealing its onchain identity and, with it, its strategy.

Knidos solves this dilemma with what it calls zkTrade Proofs. Every check a user would perform on a month of trade data, realized yield, which assets were traded, timestamps, transaction counts, drawdown, win rate, and more, is expressed as a deterministic checklist and placed inside a zero-knowledge proof. The proof verifies the entire claim, including that the trades are real and none were omitted, while revealing nothing about the actual wallets or positions. This lets Knidos prove both that it is profitable and how it profits, without handing attackers its strategy.

To make verification practical, Knidos is supported by zkVerify, a chain specialized in proof verification. Knidos generates a proof roughly every hour and settles it on zkVerify, where anyone can confirm that it is mathematically correct and matches the metrics Knidos publishes. The result is a 1-of-N trust model: a single person, anywhere in the world, verifying Knidos is enough to make it trustless for millions. Knidos is not trustless because you must verify everything yourself, but because you can.
